Seed Engineering supported the successful tender by John Holland, CPB, and Ghella Joint Venture (JCG JV), focusing on legal and commercial aspects, particularly third-party and interface management agreements. Our involvement expanded into the delivery phase, providing quality assurance, property dilapidation assessments, and comprehensive project engineering support.
Project outcome
The successful bid secured the contract for JCG JV. Once completed, the project will reduce travel times between Parramatta and Sydney CBD to around 20 minutes, significantly enhancing Sydney’s public transport infrastructure.
