Service provided
Seed Engineering provided comprehensive bid management services to the Terra Verde consortium (Webuild, GS E&C Australia, and Bouygues Construction Australia) for Works Packages C & D, which were both major tunnelling contract. Our team was the successful tenderer for Package D and we have continued into the delivery phase. Our involvement spanned the entire bidding process, delivering specialist input on both technical and non-technical aspects of the tender and has followed on to the preparation and management of construction management plan documentation.
Project outcome
Terra Verde consortium successfully secured the contract for Works Package D. This marks Seed Engineering’s third consecutive successful tunnel tender, contributing to over $15 billion in new infrastructure work. Our team effectively navigated the complex requirements of this high-stake tender.
