Service provided
As part of Transport NSW’s Greater Sydney Division, we were engaged to provide high-level strategic planning and project management support. Our project manager, Jeremey, developed intuitive reporting systems, implemented a traffic light dashboard for risk assessment, and facilitated comprehensive stakeholder management.
Project outcome
Our contributions improved decision-making processes, streamlined project management and enhanced overall project assurance. The creative approaches and flexible coordination ensured efficient progression of this complex, large-scale government initiative, supporting the timely delivery of improved rail services.
