Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

SRLE: Keeping Management Plans on track

For the early stage of any major project, it is not uncommon to have over 100+ management plans to be developed, reviewed, and submitted to the client. These management plans are tied to specific project functions and contract milestones.

Power BI was used successfully on SRLE to:

Track plan ownership and review status
Prioritise resources and workloads, based on contractual importance and due dates
Align teams with submission timelines, including reviews and closing out of comments.

The result was greater control of the deliverables and transparency, ensuring the project stayed on track during a critical phase of client engagement and contract setup.
