The CBD Alliance (Roads and Maritime Services and Lendlease Alliance) engaged our services to initially provide project development and planning services.
The scope of the CBD Alliance was to deliver transport improvements from the Sydney City Centre Access Strategy, published in 2013.
Service provided
The Access Strategy responded to the challenges impacting the city centre by defining a series of actions. These actions aimed to increase the capacity, reliability and quality of public transport services, while better managing congestion on roads with targeted investments.
Project outcome
Following on from this initial engagement, the team were engaged to work on two other components for this ongoing project. The second engagement involved partnering with the Transport for NSW’s CBD Coordination office, to develop a revised version of the Access Strategy.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team, the scope of work included collecting and analysing transport data and developing a range of transport upgrades and initiatives.
PSP value added
Our work with the Sydney CBD Access Strategy, led to an ongoing relationship and third engagement in developing the Paramatta CBD Access Strategy. Throughout each project we built a foundation of trust across intersecting teams, fostering collaboration and the timely delivery of the project.
